Take me home West Virginia. In this case Charles Town and its restaurants. In the case of the Japanese steak house. The service was a little slow but that is to be expected nowadays. Read the reviews that were all over the place, so I was a bit skeptical. My friends wanted to go here, so I just went along with it. I'm glad I did. It was Saturday night, and they were slamming; I mean, I saw some of the waitresses literally running to keep up with demand. And, boy, did they deliver. Some of the best sushi in the area. They offer hibachi seating or regular tables in the front of the restaurant. The servers are friendly and attentive and the hibachi chefs are a lot of fun. Our favorite is the good time roll.
