The staff was efficient and friendly. I was recognized by no less than 3 employees. One while at the table... asked if everything was satisfying. “The resto is basically middle-of-the-road, except for the fact that, seated next to a window, you have a great view of take-offs and landings of both small private aircraft and huge, lumbering, gray-beast C-17s. The interior: nothing fancy, but not at all bad, kind of what you'd expect at Alice's Restaurant. The food is OK. I had a Cobb salad; good. M wife had a sandwich that we enjoyed. The service was okay; well-functioning but a bit detached and abrupt; not unfriendly, but not warm, either.“

“We visit this location a lot. Typically, fast and friendly service. This visit the food was great. However, the staff was slow for a Jersey Mike's. There was more talking amongst staff about non-work stuff and less attention to the customer. There was no apparent leader for the staff. Very disappointing!“
