“After hiking nearly 1,000 miles on the Appalachian Trail, my brain isn't exactly operating at peak efficiency—especially before 6:00 a.m. and before coffee.
I placed a mobile order for coffee and hash browns at Dunkin. The restaurant was literally across the street from my hotel, so I got dressed, walked over, and confidently went to pick up my order.
They couldn't find it.
Assuming I had made a mistake, I checked my phone and placed the order again.
They still couldn't find it.
That's when Mary, the assistant manager, stepped in. She calmly figured out that despite allowing the app to use my location, I had somehow placed both orders at a different Dunkin across town.
Instead of treating me like an idiot—which, at that moment, would have been understandable—Mary immediately called the other location, sorted everything out, and then made my drinks and food right there.
She was patient, kind, professional, and had exactly the kind of calm, positive energy people need early in the morning before they've had their coffee. Customer service like that is rare, and it turned what could have been a frustrating start to the day into a genuinely pleasant experience.
Thank you, Mary. From one very tired hiker, I appreciate you.“
“Everything about my experience at this Dunkin was absolutely amazing. The nice young man who was on shift even gave my dog a pup cup, which she devoured. I got a refresher and avocado toast with bacon, everything came out perfectly. My interact with the you no man was short, but you could definitely tell he was a kind person. I will be coming back here.“
“We drive often to Waynesboro, VA to visit my wife parents and sometimes Dunkin come along the drive. When we feel to eat sweet and we know there's a good ? on the road we stop at Dunkin and get the Boston cream it's so good . Definitely recommend to stop and get you coffee and some donuts and be happy.“
