McDonald's in Winchester

“The food was fresh which is a huge plus when stopping at McDonald's for me. But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn't there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn't crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.“

“We walked in late last night (8:30-9:00) there was one other customer sitting at a table eating. We ordered at the kiosk (which I hate doing, I prefer to keep people employed). Our food was prepared quickly. My hamburgers could have done with just a little bit less ketchup/mustard (it dripped out onto my shirt) but other than that it was fine. The fries were prepared fresh with just the right level of salt. The air conditioning was a little bit cool for me, (It had been a warm day so I was wearing a tank top and shorts.) so I chose to go eat outside in my car where it was more comfortable for me.“

“McDonald's is always that. Cheap. Fast. Hurts your insides later.

This one does a good job every time and the few times things HAVE been messed up, they make it right.

Management is doing their thing too.“

“Apple Blossom Weekend and this store sits at the hub. It is a small store. Staff handled the crowd marvelously. Very organized. Not one person frazzled. Did they forget my large fry? Yes. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to resolve. I noticed this with every concern brought to their attention. Again, the sheer volume of orders (drive thru, lobby, and app) was incredible. Mistakes are going to happen. But customer service, good customer service, is hard to come by these days. We'll, not at the McDonald's by Handley High this Apple Blossom weekend.“

“Just wanted to leave a review cuz Stacy has amazinggggg customer service and just a really light great energy to her, we were there Saturday around 6pm I accidentally ordered in the app for the drive thru but my kids wanted to eat inside she said it wasn’t a problem and brought the food to the table to us and I can’t explain it she just seemed like too bright of a light to be working behind the counter at McDonald’s I don’t mean that as an insult she has amazing potential and needs to be promoted cuz her energy is the most competent I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant“

“Im not like these other Goobers that complain about their experience at a McDonalds of all places im here to speak on the perfection that was my sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle whoever the underpaid master chef was that crafted this Sandwich deserves to step in puddles and never get their socks wet the presentation and execution are a 10/10 🤌 this occurred on 4/22/2026 at 9:15 am of course because it was breakfast the most important meal of the day“

“If you're getting McDonald's breakfast, go here. It's the place to get McD breakfast from. They always make the coffee right, my hashbrowns are nice and fresh and crispy, and they always get my order right to the point that they haven't forgotten my napkins, neither my straws.“

“I went through drive thru tonight and had a simple order. Large coke light ice and 2 McDoubles with extra onions and extra pickle I told the guy taking my order as far as the pickles if he thinks it’s too much pickle it’s probably just enough. Let me just say it was just enough. First of few McDonald’s to get it right.“
