McDonald's in Hagerstown

“Customer service is usually good but they're slow as hell. If you have a 30 minute lunch break, don't come to this location or you'll be late. Couldn't even be acknowledged in the dining room when I stood at the counter.“

“the mcdonald’s is usually clean and kept up. the workers are always working very hard to get the food to you in a timely manner. i go there frequently so i’ve gotten to know some of the workers. i was able to meet the manager, korin. she is such a sweetheart and always greets me with a “hey honey, what can i get you?” she is always there working her hardest and making sure everything is running smoothly. she obviously knows what she’s doing and knows all the ropes. even when it’s been a hard day, she always has a smile on her face. keep up the good work!“

“So I want to say that I came in as a truck driver and I’m leaving as a very, very happy client. This store at 8:07pm here on 8/14/25 was immaculately clean, and organized. Lots of sites are nasty, and not stocked on the cleanliness of their locations.

“I was driving a 26 foot U-Haul truck. Only the drive-through is open. And the manager let me my husband and my brother come make a order at the drive-through window. She is very friendly. And I can tell that she is a great leader because the team was happy and smiling. And willing to make a great McDonald’s meal. Even making sure that we had fresh fries. Whoever was working the Night Shift a young lady at night. She deserves high honors. As a fellow fast food worker if I worked at this, McDonald’s, I would want to be on her shift. She deserves her raise.“

“I love the location, this McDonald's is in a good place to run into my acquantices and friends. There's a Hispanic manager who isn't very nice to people though and she constantly has an attitude with everyone. She's short and heavyset , I don't know her name but I want people to know who I am talking about because I feel she needs to be coached about what it takes to be a manager. I want to also let people know what they could be walking into. The food is good here though sometimes it takes a few minutes to get the food though.“

“Very satisfied with our service. We came inside and ordered, didn’t have to wait at all. I believe the manager on shift took our order. She met us with a smile and very friendly. I really appreciate that. We ordered 2 steak egg cheese bagels with special requests and they followed it to the t. Thank you so much. As I’m typing this I’m eating lol our sandwiches are hot and fresh!!! By far the best McDonalds in our area“
