This location has an issue that McDonald's probably cannot rectify.Homeless people and drug and alcohol abusers.It's the location at the East side of the Hagerstown Maryland downtown area, a place of many very low income families, many of whom live only on governmental funds and programs.This, this McDonald's wouldn't be a stop, if traveling with family, I would bring them into.Yes, the restaurant does extremely well with their drive thru service. The food is on point here 99% of the time, but hafe the time there is no one behind the counter and the soda machine is back there so if you want to eat inside I would say go to a different McDonald'

Just got a soda and food for a few homeless people. I have seen so many reviews about homeless people here how hearts, less so many are. One day, it may be one of u with no home. See how you feel when you are treated the way u have treated others. Try and walk a mile in there shoes it really sad to see so many selfish people in the world
