Very long wait time. Had to pay extra for lettuce and onions on my cheeseburgers. But when I finally got my order and left I discovered burgers were not made as I'd ordered. So I was overcharged and received the wrong order. Counter staff seemed poorly trained.

So I was at burger king on 503 Daul Highway, so this is the 2nd time I’ve been there since The COVID pandemic. I’m a EMT for a ambulance company in the area we’ve been pretty busy because of COVID but we get to stop for lunch every once and awhile. The first time we stop I tried to order at the door because the ambulance doesn’t fit in the drive thru they wouldn’t take are order at the door and sent us to the side window where we had to get out which was a problem. I've tried this particular BK several times because it's on my way. Each time it takes forever to get the food and I've had to go back 4 times to get the correct food and wait longer. I am not sure how they manage to get it wrong today. There was only 1 other car in the lot and we were still missing 4 items and a drink. This was after waiting in the driv-thru for 14 minutes.
