Rude behavior, way of talking too bad, need more training

We put an 5 Mobil orders,when we got there the line of cars was incredible so we decided to park and go inside for pick up the orders! We open the door and probably was more de 20 people waiting ☹️?so was 7 employees but 5 of them was on some kinde of drugs the front guy was looking up to the screen orders but falling sleep, than the old woman's that was taking orders at register was so incredible that she was shaking so bad because what ever drug she use so everyone was BADDDDD. WHEN I STARTED GETTING MY ORDERS THEY WAS GIVING ME PARTS OF THE ORDES SO EVERYTNG WAS SO COLD.I DECIDED TO CALL CORPORATE AND ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY ARE SAME WAS!!!!!!THEY JUST DON'T CARE WHO WORK FOR THEM OR NOT, SO I WILL NEVER GOING TO GO THO BURGER KING?????☹️?

The girl working the drive thru window is rude. First, she rolled her eyes and acted bothered by me asking for a mayo packet. Ok no biggie. Then, I get home and realize there is no sandwich in the bag. Which doesn’t surprise me because every time I order from this Burger King they forget something. I called and let them know, I would come back to pickup the sandwich. When I pull up to the window the girl basically threw the bag at me and closed the window before I could even say anything. I see someone else complained about an African American girl on the am shift working the window 2 weeks ago, prior to my experience today. It’s more than likely the same employee. They may want to put her back in the kitchen or on bathroom duty so that she’s not dealing with the public because clearly she has no customer service skills and hates her job.

No kindness, they ignore me when I'm in line to order, not even a smile, they always have a long face. As if they gave us food, I think they are paying for the service, they should be more attentive.

My family stopped at the dual highway bk service was slow. Cook was complaining about staff and customers. His manager told him customer was at the counter he didn't care. He just kept complaining and was sliding people sandwich very hard.My wife and I got the original chicken sandwich hers was ice cold and I took it back to get a replacement took a while and the cook was rude and said here's the sandwich for the guy who said his food was cold.. It was under cooked. We spent 28 dollars for our dinner. The rest of the staff was nice. Your cook has a problem.. we will never be back.

Dear burger king hwy 40 Hagerstown MD. My family was had dinner there last Thursday.. took forever to get the food.. cook was swearing. Told his manager he wishes he would get fired. He was tossing sandwichs very hard. I had to go back and get my wife a new sandwich and wait to make shur he didn't spit in it.. felt ill the next day.. the last time I will eat at a burger king
I did a pick up order tonight and when I went to go get it, they locked the doors so I had to go through the drive thru to get it. First off my order was completely wrong. But I did get everything that I ordered. Food is cold and looks like some of the fries were ate. Honestly really disappointed. Next time I’ll just drive across town to Sharpsburg pike. They never mess up my order

Someone should really tell their purchasing manager that they shouldn't be running out of certain sizes of cups on a regular basis. Also for the love of all things holy put salt on the fries.
