Not sure why but all the straws, cutlery, napkins, etc that are usually out for self service were gone. Not like they were out and hadn't been restocked but like they had decided not to have that station anymore. This made it difficult to get items we needed that they forgot to put in our bag because we had to get back in line for a spoon and napkins. They were also understaffed which made it take even longer to get the one thing I needed to eat my oatmeal.
Ordered a sandwich through the mobile app. Added on a hash brown at the drive up window to pay bc I had a coupon. The cashier was distressed that I hadn’t told her at the speaker. Seems like she was unreasonably stressed out over a hash brown. There was only car behind me- the place was deserted otherwise. Salt packets were sopping wet and unusable.

Just your usual McDonald's in terms of food, service and parking. All is to be expected in those areas however the low rating is based on the nasty men's restroom. I will summarize by saying there was no toilet paper in there and the conditions of the restrooms were horrible.
