Third time I stop by at 5:05am for breakfast. Third time I have to wait over 15 minutes for my order, which was wrong.
Today, a young male Manager, was very rude and unprofessional, when I told him my order was wrong. He said “I’m not having this” and walked away. 5 minutes later, he came back with the missing item in my order….and no apologies!

Manager, Melissa treated me like trash. I placed a mobile order. I received the alert that my order was ready. I showed her my order number. I showed her my confirmation email. I showed where it said paid from my Visa card. She refused to give me my order. She told me to cancel the order. I handed her the phone to have her do so. It stated that it was too late to cancel the order because my order was being prepared. She refused to help me. Melissa was RUDE and unhelpful.
The worst branch ever! Don't go there, you'll get sick.
