Panera Bread offers excellent service, with one staff member, Leyla, standing out for efficiently taking orders at the drive-thru. Online orders can also be easily fulfilled through the drive-up, with food prepared fresh and ready to go. While prices may be a bit steep and portion sizes slightly smaller than expected, the food is still very good. However, some customers have experienced issues with drink straws and lids, which can be frustrating. Customers appreciate that the restaurant is clean and a safe place to meet up with friends, especially after long trips. Recent improvements have been made, with new staff hired and old employees replaced, leading to a much better experience. The staff is friendly, and the food arrives quickly and fresh. The only downside noted is that the vents and ceiling are sometimes dirty, with some areas looking unclean and in need of cleaning. Overall, it remains a great place to enjoy a meal.
