My first time here and it was a wonderful experience. The entire place was welcoming and the staff was wonderful as well. This place is very spacious with lots of tables and booths. A lot of light and brightness all around. This is wonderful place for family and children also. Extremely clean

This Panera has fantastic staff. My Mother in Law lost a family heirloom ring while eating at Panera. She was so distressed when she realized It was gone. I called the store and they had it safe and sound. They were very helpful and we were easily able to pick it up and return it to my MIL. So nice to know that there are still honest, caring people and Panera has good employees!

Panera Bread offers excellent service, with one staff member, Leyla, standing out for efficiently taking orders at the drive-thru. Online orders can also be easily fulfilled through the drive-up, with food prepared fresh and ready to go. While prices may be a bit steep and portion sizes slightly smaller than expected, the food is still very good. However, some customers have experienced issues with drink straws and lids, which can be frustrating. Customers appreciate that the restaurant is clean and a safe place to meet up with friends, especially after long trips. Recent improvements have been made, with new staff hired and old employees replaced, leading to a much better experience. The staff is friendly, and the food arrives quickly and fresh. The only downside noted is that the vents and ceiling are sometimes dirty, with some areas looking unclean and in need of cleaning. Overall, it remains a great place to enjoy a meal.
