McDonald's in Frederick

“Let me tell y’all something about this McDonald’s… I got to the drive thru at 11pm, I didn’t know they closed at 11 on Sunday. The automated recording came on to tell me that they are closed.

Not even a second later, the nicest person got on the microphone and said can they help me?

I gave my order and pulled around, feeling guilty, because I don’t like to be one of those “people “

They were the nicest people about this very friendly didn’t try to rush me through or throw things out the window at me, the window girl was smiling and very nice. It felt so genuine.

The food was hot. It was fresh.

Stunned to say the least. If you’re the manager/owner give the closing crew of 6/21/2026 some recognition! Amazing.“

“This was a small location. The staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly.
This is not a staff issue but a corporate thing: the rounding of change will benefit them. This will affect the most vulnerable who pay with cash.“

and the guy that was taking orders is the best person I’ve seen I’ve never been to a Mc Donald’s with such a good service he is really kind and respectful I couldn’t see his name but my respect for that guy .“

“Pretty Average McDonalds.They made the burgers and fries correctly. Staff attitude was fine.

Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian, then McDonald's is not for you...However, if you're a vegetarian, that didn't already know that and needed to read my review to see that... then maybe it is.“

“Not a whole lot to say, it's McDonald's. If you like McDonald's this is a good place to go, if you don't like McDonald's probably stay away from this place.

This location used to be terrible, over the last year or so it seems they have made a lot of improvement.“

Kind of weird they do not take any orders. People have to do it themselves. A lot of folks were getting frustrated in the lobby. Someone dropped their soda and literally had to yell back so someone could help him clean it up (even though there was a gentleman cleaning tables who looked at them and walked away). You can’t have a robot do everything.“

“One of the newer McDonald's - all technology which is fine until you need to request the correct sweet iced tea and have to hope someone notices you standing at the counter - very nice employee finally helped - okay for short break- 30 minute time limit to eat.“

“I haven't eaten at McDonald's for a long while. I was on a road trip and stopped here for a quick lunch. The food was so good. I got a double cheeseburger and changed up the ingredients to lettuce tomato mayo and onion. The patties seemed fresh, the bun was nice and soft, and the fries were hot and perfectly crispy. The person that brought out my food was very pleasant. And I didn't wait that long. I walked in, ordered, and was out in a few minutes. All in all a very good experience.“

“The Yellow springs McDonald's crew are very kind and accommodating. The drive thru was fast and efficient. They were out of an item that I ordered and within seconds had offered me something else and then everything ready and I was on my way quickly. Yellow Springs is a nice store..“
