This is a really clean well run McDonald’s. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely one of the cleanest McDonald’s we’ve been to, including the bathrooms
Went in looking for the BT21 happy meal toys, and the sweetest enployee Leidy pulled through!! Thanks to her kind and amazing service, I have one very happy sister! Thank you so, so much Leidy!

McDonald's on Grove Road offers a positive dining experience with friendly and polite staff. The manager, Chris Harmond, and employee Chad Harmond, ensure customer satisfaction, especially for children. The kitchen staff provides accurately prepared food, and the restaurant is kept clean. They offer a variety of toys with meals, and while the selection is random, they were able to accommodate a specific request for a Kerwin Frost toy. The location stands out for its customer service and food quality compared to other McDonald's. The fries are always hot and fresh, and the ice cream machine is never broken. The staff is generally great, making it one of the best McDonald's locations. However, there have been issues with customer service at the drive-thru, and some customers felt the atmosphere was a bit strange. The only downside is the availability of Fanta Orange instead of other flavors. Overall, it remains a popular spot for regular visits.
