Some other mcdonalds employees need to take lessons from this store, it is clean, the people are very nice and polite, the 1 manager Chris Harmond is awesome, I came in contact with him today, but everyone there are all about team playing, the employees seem happy there was no yelling back at the kitchen staffKid-friendliness: Chad Harmond came out to talk to my granddaughter to make sure her meal was ok to her satisfaction

Every other week MacDonald's on Grove Road keeps upping their prices.I wonder if I make a complaint to the City of Frederick, if it would make a difference somehow?It does no good to keep in support of local businesses anymore, due to the increase of greed and financial manipulation by multi-million dollar businesses.It's greedy and unethical at it's finest!!!

Called around all the McDs trying to find the one toy my little sister wanted. These people were SO nice and told me to call back in 15 minutes and they would take the time to check ALL of their stock. Sadly they didn’t have the box I wanted, but that doesn’t change how helpful they were! 11/10 service, thank you guys!

Gave this McD a shot twice with months apart since the first experience was bad. Unfortunately, the second was exactly the same as first. I ended up taking two bites of Big Mac then threw away the rest. Burger was salty and the bread was crusty and dry, like a gauze placed on my tongue. The milkshake were overly sweet, can make a person diabetic with the amount of sugar content (someone went a little crazy to make it sweeter). Fries were average, nothing special. I recommend going to another McD over this one for afternoon meal/snack (have not verified breakfast).The employees in the store were fooling around inside (young kids) and only one working (only mature lady seen). Normally I do not care if they were having a good time but only one person working? The quality and serve time was horrendous. Guess the old days where McD treasured Lean/Six Sigma mentality with process imrpovement is long gone.Added note, they charge for dip here.
