I do not like giving bad reviews. BUT, I was disappointed in the customer service. My code for fries did not work. The manager truly did not try to help me. It was fries. I want asking for an entire meal. He could have given me information to contact to remedy my issue. April 27, 2023 around 1
If you're coming in with the app make sure it's working. They don't really give you a heads up without getting fresh with you and I don't mean their food. It seems more like this particular location hates it more if you're taking advantage of your app to get something free. Choose another location if you're looking for good service all around.

I went at the morning of Thanksgiving. McDonald's was the only store open in that area on that day. So, it makes sense that they were busy both on the drive-thru & in store. But to my surprise, they were able to keep up with the orders and flow of customers on both fronts as far as I saw from inside the store.
