McDonald's in Reston

“Haven't been to a McDonald's in a while and I didn't feel like making anything for dinner so I decided to get a quarter pounder with cheese meal here because why not! They got my order right and the food was fresh and came out pretty quickly. I just wish some of the customers were a little kinder and more patient with staff. Overall, pretty good experience.“

“I came around 4:30 ish and it was pretty empty. I went through the drive through and the woman on the intercom was super nice. I ordered ahead on the app and said my code. When I went up to the window she was smiling and friendly. The second window lady was also nice and told me to park at the drive thru parking because they were still making my order. I only wait for about 3 minutes and my food came out very hot which was nice. They got everything right in my order and even remembered my sauce. Ordering on the app is great. This place seems very new too which is nice. Based on other reviews maybe people went during rush hours, but the food was good to me and people were nice.“
