This McDonald's location is a relatively new and convenient spot for fast food. Many customers appreciate the quick and friendly service, especially at the drive-thru, where staff are often described as pleasant, smiling, and helpful. Ordering through the app or kiosk is encouraged and generally works well, with staff willing to assist if needed. Customers have praised the accuracy of their orders, with one reviewer mentioning that their meal was correct and their sauce was remembered. The fries and shakes are noted as delicious and served quickly.
However, there are some issues. The smaller size of the restaurant can make it feel cramped, and some customers have experienced inconvenience with cup holders, which are flimsy and may cause spills. A few reviewers mention confusion at the drive-thru, with staff sometimes unsure of orders or directing customers to parking spots that are already occupied, leading to frustration. Despite these issues, many customers find this location better than others in the area, citing consistent pleasant staff and good food. Overall, it’s a fast-food spot that offers good service and tasty meals like fries and shakes, though some improvements in drive-thru efficiency could enhance the experience.
