McDonald's in Martinsburg

“There’s a huge parking lot in the back that can easily fit semi-trucks and trailers, with dedicated spaces just for them—super convenient for truck drivers. The music they play here isn’t great, but this might be one of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve been to in terms of convenience.
The entrance and exit are right by a traffic light, and the lot is very spacious with easy access. It almost feels like the light is there just for this location.
From the light, it’s easy to turn onto the I-81 ramps (both north and south). Going straight leads to another commercial area with several fast food options, and turning right connects to Route 9.
Overall, it’s a very convenient place to stop for a quick meal, and getting back on the road is easy.“

“Hayden,night shift, needs a raise, based simply on PR, customer service, order taking and putting a smile on your face at the window. Refreshing to say the least. Though you've got multiple people on your staff at the Spring Mills McDonald's on hammonds Mill road at Spring Mills West Virginia maybe falling Waters address. We were so happy when we got our own McDonald's. Didn't have to go to Edwin Miller. Now again we've had several that were well trained and well spoken, much busier sight.“

“Just left here after getting my order, they were extremely busy with both inside and drive through service, honestly I’m writing this because there was an old Karen who absolutely flipped out on all the associates including the manager simply because she hadn’t gotten her drink within 60 seconds of getting her food. It was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. The manager handled the situation with absolute professionalism. They were all working very hard and I just wanted to thank the associates who were present tonight for being so kind to us and apologize for the experience they endured.“
