“Stopped by late tonight (around 11:00–11:30 PM) and had one of the most professional and welcoming customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The person at the cash register was energetic, friendly, and genuinely welcoming despite it being so late at night. Outstanding customer service and a great representation of the brand!“

“I wanted to give a shout out to this McDonald’s and the crew working late on Saturday night 8/8/26. We were in Manassas for a night and stopped by there late about 12:30 AM after the Riley Green concert and they were very busy. There was a long line in the drive thru. We thought it would take forever. We got a large order for our group and they got everything right down to all the condiments we needed. The line went fast and the cashier that handed our food was very friendly and made sure we had everything correct. You don’t get service like that very often anywhere anymore, especially when it’s that late and they are busy, so I wanted to make sure the manager knows what a great crew they have working there on the late shift and hope they get recognized for their customer service and hard work.“

“This McDonald's is great no complaints from me ordered my food from the kiosk food came out hot and fast table was clean people coming in and out but it definitely gets busy closer to when breakfast is about to be over so get here a little early and just relax at one of the plenty of tables they have inside and enjoy the simple things in life“

“As far as McDonald's go, this wood has to be pretty nice and rather sophisticated looking to degree, it is far cleaner, far better smelling and overall the layout is amazing. There's also multiple places for you to be able to plug in your cell phone or your laptop should you want work or watch something while you eat.“
