Superior Customer Service! I wish I got the gentleman's name who took my oder yesterday morning around 830 am. He was so kind, friendly and exemplifies what customer service trult is. I hope he receives this message from his manager. He had tattoos on his arm and that's all I can remember. I just want him to know he made my day beautiful. Thank you young man!!
I tried McDonald’s new Mango Pineapple Refresher 🥭🍍🥤 and it is absolutely delicious! It tastes so good and is incredibly refreshing 10/10. I went through the drive-thru, and the staff who greeted me were super friendly and welcoming. Perfect drink for a hot day!
Service is going downhill. Food haphazardly put together many times. They are also quick to ask you to pull forward and wait for your food. Do not do this! Your order will not be right. Paid almost $6 for a Strawberry Banana smoothie. They handed it to me through the window 3/4 full. When I asked them about it they told me to pull forward. My mistake.
