“Got my wedding cake from here and they did a great job! They completely nailed the vibe we were going for. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when we asked for it to be delivered (8.5 miles from the shop) the fee went up a crazy amount which felt unnecessary. We ended up having a family member pick up the cake without an issue. Tasted great and all the guests loved it.”

“Stopped by with my two girls on our way home from the Discovery Museum. They both got soft serve (swirl) and I got a “lollipop” (see pic) with vanilla and watermelon. The woman who served us was super nice, and our treats were so good on a 90 degree day. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area.”

“I highly recommend The Tea Cart. I was the coordinator for a wedding and together with Landfall Lodge, we planned out a brunch/mimosa bar for one of our brides. The Tea Cart did an excellent job creating beautiful and tasty tea sandwiches as well as made delicious desserts. They delivered right to the venue. Everything tasted amazing. “Today was our second visit to Joan +Joe’s. And it did not disappoint. The Midwinter Latte was SO GOOD!! My husband got his hot & I got mine iced & both were delicious. Last week my husband got the Caramel Dream & he liked it as well. Very good quality. And the whipped cream is so yummy too. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. “With it being Valentine’s Day, everywhere had a long wait — so we decided to try The Paladin 2 for the first time. They only had about a 20–30 minute wait, which was a pleasant surprise! All of the staff we met were incredibly nice and welcoming. I tried two of their Valentine’s Day specialty drinks — the Girly Pop Drop and the Sunshine — and both were really good. My favorite was definitely the Girly Pop Drop! Our food came out perfect and hot. I’ve honestly never had mashed potatoes come out tasting like they were just freshly made right then and there at a restaurant before — they were that good! Everything was cooked perfectly. I can’t remember our waitress’s name, but she was so sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend checking this place out. It may look small from the outside, but it’s actually pretty spacious inside. We will absolutely be back!”
