“We love this place. Tonight they had karaoke and what a blast. We had to leave early for other reservations and had to leave early. Hoping that you have this karaoke again because we will pack the house.”
“Hands down the best staff around, wonderful food, and some really excellent wines. A perfect stop for the afternoon. Couldn’t recommend this beautiful winery more highly!”
“Dietary restrictions: My daughter has corn allergy and waitress made sure there was none in what she ordered. The waitress was hilarious, she made our visit so much fun, haven’t laughed that much in awhile!! We’ll be back!”
“I love this place. We attended a wedding here. The scenery was, in a word, rustic inside and out, yet with an air of elegance and beauty. I enjoy this farm on these rolling hills of Virginia. I was most appreciative of the fact that the staff so cheerfully used the golf carts to transport any folks with difficulty in navigating the rugged terrain.Vegetarian options: Great roasted vegetables and tortellini!”
“The food is still great and for a beer garden style restaurant the atmosphere is ok. My wife and I like the new tables and chairs as opposed to the old picnic tables inside. We've had pretty good service in the past but not so much tonight. Our server did all the requisite things she was supposed to but she spent most of her time behind the bar being "entertained" by a customer who was drinking at the bar and trying to engage everyone he could in conversation.Kid-friendliness: Great family place. Outside picnic tables are kid friendly.”
“Had a blast! Loved the fact that they had many different games, and not just the standard bullseye target ?. Food (appetizers), service and music were awesome! We went Friday afternoon before it got crowded ?”
“I really enjoy their cold brew which is available at several places throughout town. Going to their actual brick and mortar place is great. They make excellent coffee drinks with just the right amount of flavoring when desired. They also will make decaf versions if you are taking it easy on caffeine.”
“It's such a beautiful space. Coffee and muffins are my favorite. The staff is absolutely wonderful! It's one of my favorite stops when I'm in town.”
“We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in March. There was no line when we got there but it got busy soon after. We had two coffees and a couple of grab and go baked goods. Everything was very good. The baristas were friendly. The mine seemed to move pretty fast. They have an oatmeal topping bar which looked really cool. They also had some consignment clothing items sprinkled throughout the place and it looked like a bigger selection in the very back. I’d stop in here again if I’m in the areas.Parking: Small lot but seemed like plenty of space”
“We hosted a small “wedding debrief” with close family and friends at Three Creeks the Sunday of our wedding weekend. They have a gathering room below the tasting room that was perfect for our group of 30. P-J is incredibly accommodating and their wine, of course, is delicious! We loved getting to incorporate one of our favorite wineries near Leesburg into the weekend.”
“I don't understand how this wonderful restaurant gets less than 5 stars. The food is farm to table burgers - yeah you have to pay extra for better quality food-stop complaining. The burgers are fabulous - the Staff is always friendly and I've eaten here no less than 20 times. It costs more- if you want a cheap sh@tty burger go to McDonald's”
“We stopped in here early afternoon on a Saturday after running a 10k across the road at Great Country Farms. Just a quick beer but the location is beautiful. It was a bit cold so we sat inside but the patio would be a great place to sit on a nice night. Ther was a food trailer out front but they might also have a kitchen because the trailer looked closed but we saw some people getting food. I had the tart cherry beer and it was very good. Parking is a stone lot. Bartenders were friendly.”
“Ordered the Rodeo's Grill Special and shared with my wife - it was delicious! Loved it. Highly recommend! The staff was attentive and very pleasant to work with.Great experience all around!”
“Delicious ramen and bubble tea. Service was friendly. Reccomend the koyo ramen dish (their signature)which is excellent. The bursting trio tea is also delicious!”
“Really awesome brewery farm. The place is huge with plenty of room to chill with friends. They are equipped with exterior domes to enjoy the outdoors even when the sun is not shining. We slept in our camper in the parking lot, taking care to pick up after us and above all, we tried their sour beer which was really delicious! The coolest thing is that the company is full dog friendly!!!”
“Like a favorite comforter, your favorite pair of boots, the mail, Horseshoe Curve delivers. Best cheeseburger, best onion rings, best batch of locals and the best bartender in the area. Plus the music and artist are amazing. Stumbled in the day after thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed an impromptu all star blues jam. It was amazing. Don't miss the Curve!”
“I was doing some shopping in town and didn't eat breakfast. I was hungry and I saw this burger joint on the way home and decided to stop. I ordered the Bacon Cheese burger Combo, medium through the drive-thru. The service was friendly, fast and fresh. Hot fries smelled good, coke was crisp and the burger was delicious. Always looking for a good burger place and I found it. Keep up the amazing work!”
“This family owned business makes exceptional beers and exceptional memories. My wife & our friends and family have been visiting Wheatland Spring Farm Brewery for several years - and keep coming back for more! From a consistent stream of events to unique and expertly crafted beers literally made from ingredients grown on this farm - everyone should know about this hidden gem of a venue.”
“Great place to stop by for delicious and authentic Greek cuisine! One of my favorite places for gyros, and I make sure to stop by everytime I'm in the area. Small but comfortable seating area, menu offers a variety of options, and orders come out quick.”
“Great selection of beers. Good food options. Good place for kids to play in the sun, eat some ice cream and popcorn! Friendly staff! Plus - fire pit and scenic view to take some pictures”
“Very knowledgeable staff, this winery has a very warm feel to it. The wines we tried were all well balanced. They have a large outside section and several levels inside the barn to explore.”
“Went in during the week and had a wonderful experience. We did a tasting and enjoyed all 4 wines very much. Each was unique and described perfectly. Since it was a week day we were allowed to bring in food, although the food they have to offer on the weekends looks great! They have a nice display of chocolates from Conche in Leesburg. There is plenty of space inside and out but we chose the seats by the indoor fireplace and it was perfect!”
“I loved this vineyard. The service was amazing. The manager was so sweet. The ambiance is cute. I also actually really enjoyed the wine flights. At first glance I thought the truffle flight was expensive for a small box of chocolate BUT I really enjoyed the chocolate and the wine so I would recommend. I also tried the sweet flight which was equally as good for a great price.”
“My husband I visited Casanel as part of our Anniversary weekend in December. It was our first visit to Casanel Winery and we really enjoyed the experience. Theresa and her team were fantastic! We had a lovely tasting of good wines, enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire and toured the facility. There are patios to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the tasting room is spacious and a great event space. We can't wait to return!”
“This is the place....Excellent pizza ? and Andy is a great host. Love the atmosphere of this quaint location. Best pizza I've had in many years and they have pride in their food....that is missing these days in most restaurants.Vegetarian options: Don't care about vegetarian options, but they have them”
“Great cozy ambiance and prompt service. Food was delicious, had the daily special local steak, juicy! Soup was delicous, bread was great. Desert was great. Nice place for a more formal, yet relaxed European dinner in Purcellville. Nice to have more options in town.”
“We love the breakfast here!! The food is great and always fresh and prices are very reasonable! We always have great conversations with our waitress and the owner!”
“Willowcroft is the most quaint, unassuming wineries in the area. They have a great variety of wine which are very unique in my opinion. For example, I don't normally like a steeled Chardonnay, but I love theirs and how refreshing it is. Same goes with their Riesling. One of the most surprising aspects of this winery, though, is the gorgeous view!”
“Absolutely amazing pizza, wings and pub ambiance. This place is a true gem and one I'd gladly (and actually did) drive 35 minutes out of my way to enjoy the food and camaraderie. My wife and I were taking a mini vacation in Northern Virginia and I thought it would be nice to have some authentic Italian pizza. Torlone's came up on a Google Map search with decent reviews. I like reviews, but trust photos... Torlone's looked authentic...Please believe me when I say this place deserves 7 Stars. We didn't realize it when we sat down at the bar, but the personable woman behind the bar (Tina) was the owner now and had started working there 26 years ago. The original owners, Mr. & Mrs. Torlone taught her all the secrets of authentic Italian Crust and Sauce, made from scratch. Even the blue dressing is made in house.Almost Heaven West Virginia never felt closer than when we were there talking and joking with Tina & the regulars while enjoying some truly delicious pizza and wings. We will visit again soon!”
“The best pies around. Huge variety and fresh baked. Their molasses cookies are my favorite... this week. Professional staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you need a snack on your way home. (Soups and sandwiches are good too)”
