Chick-fil-A in Winchester

“The food is good if you want chicken obviously. It's definitely good, just not one of my top go-to places. Pleasant Valley location was confusing for me to get into the order line, i had to make 3 laps lol. It's good, just not my thing. The nuggets are always a great late night snack“

“This location is hit or miss most of the time. This most recent visit was mostly good. Service finally felt on par with what you'd expect from a chick fil a but maybe that's because the store manager was there. Food came out quickly. They apparently ran out of strawberries (which my toddler noticed immediately in his fruit cup) but I do wish they noted that somewhere otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotten him that option. My yogurt parfait came covered in the cookie crumbs, which I was expecting to come on the side. Not sure if that was done to cover up the fact that there were no strawberries or they just don't do them in the little bags anymore... In any case, it was about what I'd expect for a mall food court experience. I appreciated the kindness and patience of the manager that served us but I probably won't intentionally eat here again when there are 2 other CFAs in Winchester.“
