Chick-fil-A in Woodbridge

“Not a horrible experience but, I didn’t expect this from CFA.

I arrived to pick up my nugget tray exactly on time, 11am. I had to wait about 5m before I could get someone’s attention. No one asked why I was just standing there. It was busy-ish but not that busy (there were 0 people in the drive through when I walked out).

When my order was looked up and printed, I still had to wait for it to be put together. It didn’t take long to throw some nuggets in a tray but, isn’t that half point of setting a pickup time?

To boot, when I asked “would you mind if I grabbed some ketchup”, I got an annoyed expression with “a few”. When you place a catering order for a nugget tray, there’s no option to add ketchup. I received 3. The tray technically serves 8. I’ve gotten more ketchup with a single sandwich meal and fries…

I’ve not had issues here before but I’ll just go to Dumfries.“
