“I really enjoy stopping by here whenever I am looking for a quick and reliable meal that I know will taste good. The chicken sandwich is always cooked perfectly with that nice crunch, and the waffle fries are honestly some of my favorite fast-food sides. The service is usually incredibly fast and polite, even when the drive-thru line is wrapping around the building. It is a solid choice for a fast lunch, and I almost always leave happy with my meal.“
“Good portion size. it's a convenient concept if you need to eat with a group of friends with different preferences and restrictions. The place was a bit untidy after a seemingly busy day, but that's the only downside. I appreciate the outdoor seating and a spacious, clean bathroom.“
“Solid Chick-fil-A location around DuPont Circle. The pick-up process was smooth and efficient, even during a busy time.
Plenty of seating available, which makes it easy to dine in, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Convenient spot for a quick meal in the area.“
“I really like this place. The food is fresh and the potatoes have a unique flavor. I love Polynesian sauce. Everything is very rich.
The service is fast, even if you see a line to take your food in the car it won't take too long waiting, this moves quickly and you can enjoy some good real Nuggets or whatever you want.“
“The only thing I was a little bit taken aback by was finding a way into the building where Chick-fil-A is located.. It was the 4th of July holiday weekend and not many spots were open. Even Chick-fil-A closed early. I headed over from Georgetown University Hospital. The main doors were locked. Ugh. Anyway, all was well after I made my way into the building! I was happy Chick-fil-A was open, as the grab-and-go, options just weren't cutting it.“
“You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. A “Welcome”, “Good Morning” and a smiling face really go a long way and after an early morning hour plus commute in to DC, her warmth is very refreshing and appreciated. She also made sure everything was running smoothly behind her and in the kitchen all while being on a register.“
“I just want to make a review because I ordered from the late last night someone picked it up my food was cold I called and the replaced it hassle free and gave me a choice of something else on them. No place is perfect but to fix the mistake and not have to fight with someone to do so is high customer service thanks for y’all great service and it’s very rare for my food not to be fresh so I’m blame it on being almost 10 at closing💜“
“Visiting from out of state and the place was super busy. There is NO inside eating. The to-go orders delivery people have the tendency to block the drive way from drive-thru and they don't care neither.does the location. My order was missing 2 items, but I was already home to complaint. This place is NOT a good representation of what Chick Fil A stands for. 😕“
“Did some errands and stopped to eat something to eat. When we walked in there was no one in line but people waiting on their food. Got in line to order and there was a trainee who took out order and he was very good. Then it started to get busy and a long line started to form. Ky took charge and communicated very well with her team. She did all with a calm demeanor and a smile on her face. When it came time to get get our food my husband accidentally knocked over his drink. Ky came to our rescue. Assured us that everything was fine and made sure we were OK. My husband felt really bad about spilling his drink that he offered to clean up but Ky reassured him and told him it was OK. Even though it got busy that kind smile never left her face.“
“Chick-fil-A Chinatown – A Blossoming Experience 🌸🌸🌸🌸
This Chick-fil-A Chinatown location gave us the perfect mix of fast service, great customer service, and that regular downtown DC energy. The service was quick, the team was friendly, and our food came out fresh and satisfying. Now that I’m eating Chixin’ again, this stop definitely hit the spot!
What really makes this location stand out is the Chinatown-inspired design and atmosphere. The outside and inside both felt clean, welcoming, and well-kept, with beautiful cherry blossom and strawberry décor that added a soft, charming touch to the space. It gave the restaurant a unique local feel instead of just feeling like another fast-food stop. They actually have two entrances so nothing is stopping you from getting your Chick-fil-A but do it before Sunday because they’re closed.
The area itself is very busy, so be prepared for downtown congestion. I lucked up and found a metered parking spot right in front of the restaurant, but I did get blocked in and departed with ease. There were also a lot of motor scooters coming in and out for delivery pickups, so the sidewalk area near the street can feel crowded.
Even with the busy surroundings, we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The location had a nice community feel, and it was a good stop while spending time in the Chinatown area. I would definitely visit again when I’m nearby with the grand babies.
Fast service, great customer service, clean space, fresh food, and a true Chinatown touch. This location is worth saving if you’re in the area!
