4/5 — Pretty solid Chick-fil-A for a train station. There never seems to be much of a line, they get the food out fast, and it’s always good. I always hit up Chick-fil-A when taking the train from Union Station.
The cashier was pleasant, the person bagging the food was not a good representative of the restaurant. There were no kale salads ready I waited 5 minutes from my receipt time. I asked if there were any kale salads she turned around and said they are making them. The lack of communication while waiting for food and to board a train creates unnecessary anxiety. The cashier offers salad dressing which was not given to me. I realized after I got on the train.😒
