First visit wasn't great. No Coca-Cola how is that possible? Ordered root beer only to find out they had no carbonation. Had to take those back. Why serve fountain drinks with no fizz to them. They forgot my sandwich had to tell them. Also my wife's chicken bowl was mostly egg and hash browns. Terrible for a Chik fil A to be run this way. Don't think it's right as a loyal CFA customer not to get your points.

Although the food came out quick, the potatoes were old and very salty, really salty. The only fresh part of the meal was the lettuce, everything else seemed as if was sitting there for a while.The lemonade was overly sweet, I had to ask for extra ice to water it down.The cashier that took our order was very unfriendly and border line rude.They do not have a full menu (kids meal)

Whats going on with this Chick fil a? All of the ones i had experienced with had excellent services, but this one? far less. Its like they dont want to be there. Theres lack of communication skills and a language barrier between the employees. Which can cause wrong orders..... just be careful and check your meal.

Aaron is amazing. Such a nice guy, courteous, smart, helpful and just all around sunshine! I LOVE going to this location, because I know I'll see Aaron, and he always puts a smile on my face.
I was in a great mood, the girl I approached was rude, ignored requests, turned her face away, showed her displeasure, this is the first time I have encountered such an unattractive and dismissive attitude from the staff. It was terrible.

Very quick and convenient for a traveler is the lower lever Chick-Fil-A. Staff were pleasant and speed was awesome. I placed my order and was in/out in no time. Tables near the restaurant were clear of trash, clean and were wiped down as soon as possible to allow for the next customer. Would highly recommend this location if you find yourself at Union Station, WDC.

Not my best Chick-Fil-A experience. The employees definitely are not friendly and courteous as I've come to expect in most of their locations. The food was delicious though, and it was ready promptly. Unfortunately they don't allow the loyalty program here either :(

After 20 years of avoidance because of their homophobic stance decided to give them a chance. Gave me the wrong order which I found out later on the train getting one sad ass patty on a bun instead of the tenders and fries I paid for. Maybe there's more than one Bryan/Ryan/Ayan in the world. Idiots. At least McDonald's verifies the receipt number.
