Chick-fil-A in Fairfax

“I’m so impressed by everything Chick-fil-A does. The food is always fresh and tasty. The employees are dressed neatly and professionally, always eager to assist and with a smile, great eye contact and of course the “my pleasure” replies. The restaurant is neat, clean and usually well stocked of all of utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. The tables are frequently wiped down with the sanitizing wipes after each party leaves. Trash cans are regularly emptied. The drive thrus move people through quickly almost like cattle. I wish all businesses took a long look at Chick-fil-A and model themselves after this company. I really stand in awe as I dine in their restaurants and observe a very well run establishment. Keep up the outstanding work!“

“came here as a quick pit stop on a family trip, the whole team was very kind and accommodating. very welcoming employees, it was my sisters 3rd birthday and she got a free ice cream, Eman was very kind, and an older gentleman came up to ask us multiple times to check in overall 10/10 experience“
