“I want to give a huge shout out to Sydney for being so helpful, patient, attentive, caring, and sincere! That’s a rarity to come across these days in customer service but she’s absolutely amazing! The food was hot and fresh, the staff were great and very friendly. Everybody at this location has excellent customer service and I appreciate each and every one of them. I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends, family And my colleagues.“
“Chick-fil-A is of course notorious for good customer service, however THIS location is an example in customer service for all other locations. From the moment we walked in the door and getting in line a worker who was about to go on break stepped out of the way and let us go first. The cashier was very pleasant as well but what shocked me more than anything was Benjamin who was working on cleaning the interior and other odd and ends offered to get us refills and if there was anything we needed. I also observed a manger approach a customer to see how things were going while they set up for an event of some kind.
To corporate - this location is doing things right and are helping the brand names reputation excel! I hope there is some way they can be noticed for their exceptional work“
