terrible hours. closed all weekend and only open til 5 on weekdays? would have been nice to have a place to eat nearby while my daughter was in the hospital. I guess its hard to find help.
Lack of customer respect. Pay the workers mkre to motivate them. My order was off the board when I got it. Why are the ice cubes NOT chick-fil-a ice cubes. Bad at milkshake and frosted lemonade orders.
The only thing I was a little bit taken aback by was finding a way into the building where Chick-fil-A is located.. It was the 4th of July holiday weekend and not many spots were open. Even Chick-fil-A closed early. I headed over from Georgetown University Hospital. The main doors were locked. Ugh. Anyway, all was well after I made my way into the building! I was happy Chick-fil-A was open, as the grab-and-go, options just weren't cutting it.

Chick-fil-A offers tasty food with friendly and welcoming staff. The menu is limited, making group orders challenging and sometimes causing long wait times. The restaurant is small, with a standing area for extra seating, and a small fee for ice. While the inside is quiet and pleasant, some chicken can be mushy, but overall, it is a good and recommended place.
