The girl working was rude, no customer service skills and the dine in area was a mess. I've never been to a Chipotle and had such a horrible experience. I ordered online for pick up and my chips were missing when I got there. I asked about them and was told they are out. I asked if I was going to get my money refunded (since I paid for them) her answer was "no we're out, there's nothing I can do about it." I told her that wasn't right and she laughed. I’m not from this area and for this chipotle to have such a low rating I’m surprised the 2 young men working the food station and the young lady working the register was very nice and thorough the lady in front of me in line was very demanding and rude though definitely a lack of home training great staff

Worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. Out of chicken, steak, black beans. Waited 10 mins due to the people working on door dash items first. Also, they refused to make a quesadilla and told me to order it online.Entire restaurant is dirty. My 12 yr old had to clean a table just for us to sit down.This was at 7:20 pm on a Wed.Extremely disappointed
