Good food. Location isn't one you would go to unless you had some other activity in the area but the food is good. I'm not sure why some people on here trash the place for not giving them free food if it's not fast. This is DC-- there are crowds, waiting lines, and it takes a while anywhere to get food.

Staff were friendly. Sandwich was very tasty and hot.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance I used did require walking up about 7 steps. I didn't see a ramp, but the other side of the building (closer to Chick-fil-A) does have wheelchair accessibility.
terrible hours. closed all weekend and only open til 5 on weekdays? would have been nice to have a place to eat nearby while my daughter was in the hospital. I guess its hard to find help.

Since this is a Chick-fil-A express, I tried not to set my standards too high. I had also glanced at the reviews before I came.The online ordering system was okay, but their system for fulfilling orders was ineffecient. Their accuracy was below 50% (based on the 10 or so orders before mine and including mine).I had to remind them about my cookie (which I am fairly certain was still raw in the middle). I also had to remind them of my drink, (unsweetened tea with lemonade). I'm fairly certain they used sweet tea, but they insisted they used unsweetened tea... Sweetest unsweetened tea I've had in my life.Service was okay, they weren't rude (in my opinion, their honesty is questionable), but they are not overly nice as at the full restaurants (not a single "my pleasure" heard). The people working before I placed my order and after I recieved my order seemed to have it more together... but they didn't serve me. Maybe I'll be lucky and happen to come in during their shift next time... if I decide to come back.

What you'd expect from a CFA. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a large waffle fries for ~$11. It's good. CFA customer service is always good. The food is average, and the price is not worth imo, but it's very consistent.

First she got my name wrong. No problem, I'll answer to the name you assigned me. Then, I waited for 30min. I had to ask for my food. She says to me I called your name! I said this reads Alisha not Aaliyah or alaya which are the names you called out..I will never visit again. I'm used to superior service from chick fil a.
