I lived down the street when I was little & some of my earliest memories are of walking down the road to The Dairy Corner. I make sure I go by here every time I come back to the Winchester area. They have things I don’t find other places often or at all.My 2nd favorite is their butterscotch sundae with wet nuts. It’s rare to find butterscotch, most places have caramel. I am not a fan of custard but hands down I am a HUGE fan of Packs! I used to live in Gore but had to move to SC. I went to a nearby custard "ice cream" shop. No comparison!! Down here I go get Hershey's. GO TO PACK'S - you'll be glad you did. And the staff is very friendly, too!! Tip them well because they're HS or college students.

We visited on 3/8. Our Vista started with a phone call as we were unsure Packs was open. The young lady who answered the phone was super nice and even let us know the card reader was down, which was very helpful as we rarely ever carry cash. When we arrive again the staff was very kind and helpful even though they were busy. My husband had a special request for his ice cream and they went above and beyond providing him what he asked for.
