We visited on 3/8. Our Vista started with a phone call as we were unsure Packs was open. The young lady who answered the phone was super nice and even let us know the card reader was down, which was very helpful as we rarely ever carry cash. When we arrive again the staff was very kind and helpful even though they were busy. My husband had a special request for his ice cream and they went above and beyond providing him what he asked for. This staff is really awesome and friendly. The ice cream is AMAZING!!!

I’ve always been by this place, but I never stopped. The shakes are decent as I got the s’more flavor. It’s not sickening sweet.
This place is operating at its worst. It takes forever to get your order. The ice cream now being served is a much poorer quality. Most of the people working there have only one working speed, that being ' in reverse.' Dirty counters, no employee enthusiasm, and melting no taste ice cream.I've been getting ice cream here since 1965. No more!!!!Owners, if your not going to operate the business correctly, just close up for good and go out on a high note.
