Apparently, I messed up when ordering on the app I went into the store and talk to Brittany, and she was so kind. She remade my entire order and gave a little something for the inconvenience. I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza on Featherbed Lane. They accidentally made 3 Supreme/People’s pizzas when my order was supposed to be 2 of those and 1 MeatZZa, but they immediately apologized and corrected the mistake without any hassle. They told me the MeatZZa would be ready in just seven minutes, and they even included a big tray of brownies for the inconvenience.
The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The pizzas looked fresh, loaded with toppings, and definitely not skimpy. It’s nice to see a place handle mistakes so professionally and make things right so quickly. I’ll definitely be back!“
