I’ve been coming to this place for a while. If you’re lucky, they’ll get you loaded quickly, but on other days the wait can easily be 8–10 hours. The staff is generally professional, but the loading times can be very inconsistent. Just be prepared for possible delays when planning your schedule.

I had good experience 2pm appointment show up 12 pm get loaded right away with in hour left 1pm great can’t complain

HP Hood is a well-organized facility that requires a secure check-in process. Delivery drivers must register at the security point and present a RO number starting with 6100. Upon arrival, they receive a text message indicating the dock information. The unloading process can take 2-3 hours, and a seal is placed inside the refrigerator once loading is complete. The staff is helpful and accommodating, offering assistance for deliveries and pick-ups at different times. Drivers find it easy to back in and out, with clear instructions from the guard. However, there is no overnight parking available, and the process can be slow, especially if debris needs to be cleared from trailers. Customers have had positive experiences, including being allowed to get loaded a day early. Overall, the process is straightforward with proper preparation.
