Place is clean and people at the shack seem friendly but the first text you get from them saying (Welcome to HP Hood. Do NOT throw trash in yard. Restroom in C lot. No overnight parking. Turn lights off when parked. Pets remain in truck). Is a negative vibe. When will be the day truckers greeted nicely? Shame on HP HOOD and all places that degrade truck drivers!

This place is fast and professional. Will come back anytime. Took me over 4 hours earlier than my set appointment. Got a door right away and started to unload just as fast. Great place. And they do have a restroom for the drivers by the docks.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait. Sitting in dock for 3 hours and counting. Still getting loaded while watching my hours slowly disappear

The reason for 5bstars cause I had no issues at all ,as I checked inn with the guard he was very courteous he's the only one see on your way in and on your way out,,got loaded before my appointment time but on my way put there was another guard female not so courteous but manageable NO overnight parking.

It's a large facility, easy to find, plenty of room to back in at Lot "F" for live unloads. Once you get on Hood Way, you will see a sign for tankers pointing straight ahead and a sign for reefers and dry van pointing left. They use text messages for door assignments and also to let you know when you are unloaded. Probably works the same for pickups as well. I checked in at 9am for a 10am appointment. They had me empty and out the door by 10am. No overnight parking allowed.

In and Out. I did have to sweep out the trailer but I was in a door immediately. Didn’t even have time to get to the staging area before I got the text with my door. Load started immediately. No overnight parking
