What should have been a pleasant day out, was the opposite.
we get there 10 minutes before showtime. We walk in, there is no one to greet you, welcome you in. We find our theater, and notice you now have to use your phone to scan a code to order food/drinks. One problem, you have to be on their WiFi and it's shotty, at best. Took 20 minutes to order popcorn and drinks. We tried asking an employee and her response was " so what's your problem "?

New ordering system is awful. Forces you to be on your phone during the movie. Horrible ordering experience and the chairs suck.
broken seats and arm rest as well as the table to put your food on was very wobbly. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! Will travel elsewhere to watch movies..
