My boyfriend and I usually come here when we have gifts card. This is the second time we had a serve that greeted us once, and then I never saw again till the check was ready. This time we ordered popcorn and it took close to 25 minutes after our other appetizer to come out. And every time we come I have to carry my food out in a napkin cause I can never get the waiter to come back with 40 mins left in the movie. Overall if I’m spending close to $100 I except the food and the service to be a little better. I forgot to add how uncomfortable the seats were!

Great food, movies are always fun there. Food always comes out fast and excellent, 0 complaints about the food, I especially love the Nacho pizza and the chicken sandwich. Staff/waiters can be from my dad going to get milk and coming back ten years after we needed it to white women on black Friday as the doors open up. Absent to there as soon as you put out that papee, in case you didn't get my joke.Been here multiple times over the past several years tho and won't stop coming.

My margherita was disgusting (tasted like olive juice) and the beers on tap were flat! Although, we did not have to pay for the margherita, it was taken off the bill without any problem. Toilet splashes on you when you flush! Everything else was fine. I will go back but not order drinks.

What a terrible disappointment. Maybe this place was nice a while ago or maybe you have to drink enough alcohol to enjoy it but this place is not what it is hyped up to be. The seats are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The back of the seats lay back a little and the part that you sit on droops to the floor. There is no cushion in the chairs anymore so it is like sitting in bleachers. We watched the new Dune movie which is 3 hours long and we were only able to get one refill on our drinks. We put up their paper and waited at least 45 minutes for refills then put up another one and got nothing. Spending over $100 on food for 4 people isn’t too bad but at least be more prompt if we are paying top dollar. Just an overall bad experience the last couple of times we went so I decided to finally write a review. This place just isn’t what it used to be.
