After waiting in the drive threw lane for almost twenty minutes the girl says they don't have my order even though I have a confirmation on my phone that says they got it. I then got to go inside and wait another fifteen minutes for them to finally make my food.If you can't keep up with the drive up window, then don't have a drive up window.

Poor girl working the front was so friendly, but the place was absolutely trashed and filthy. They were out of steak and chicken, but said there was a 5 minute wait on chicken. Even though the flat top looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months I wait for the chicken that turned out to be a 15 minute wait. A few hours after eating became sick. 24 hours later and I'm still sick with what has to be food poisoning. Will never be back there again.

Don’t order online here they take forever and prioritize the drive thru and in-person orders over online ones. Could have gone through the in-person line 5 times by the time I got my order.

I love the staff who work during lunch hours, they always fill up my bowl whenever I come to order! And they're friendly too. I saw a review on here saying that quesadillas are "online only" and that's not true! I ordered a quesadilla here once through the line, all you have to do is ask. Food is always fresh when I come through. Bathrooms and the lobby are usually clean too. I recommend coming to this Chipotle rather than the other one.

I feel like this place has a lot of great potential. Even though it’s been open for a while it still feels like it’s learning how to operate. Floor has been dirty the few times I’ve been and even though the staff knew their roles, it still took a while to get through the line that had formed. Having said that, all the food I’ve had has been typical chipotle. They have a limited menu (no quesadillas) unless you order digital only (?) and their chips lack salt and lime flavor. Staff has been respectful and courteous. I’ll keep going as long as the food keeps tasting great.

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. No manager in sight to manage the nice but obviously unskilled staff. The containers of food were either empty or old and dried up. I felt like I was in a highway gas station at 2am trying to get a meal. The chicken was over cooked and very dry and the portion size was so much smaller than the usual Chipotle portion. The trash bins were full so no where to squeeze in your trash after eating. There were two girls standing at the register and only one working the line with many people waiting.

What the heck is going on? I ordered a chicken bowl I didn't even get a spoon full I literally got 4 chipped pieces. Incredibly disappointed you can see in the picture the four pieces in the front.

I81 is a brutal drive. I appreciate this Chipotle being here to help break up the tension. Clean dining room and bathrooms, quick and friendly staff. It’s all I need on these travel days. Cheers!

Worst Chipotle experience ever. Guacamole was huge chunks of avocados.The burrito bowl, hmmm not even sure how to describe!

I thought the other chipotle in Winchester was bad….the new one is way worse. I’ve literally only been in there a few times and EVERY time I go on they are significantly out of meats, beans and rice. How do they not have a manager that can keep track of when things are getting low and anticipate needing more so that they are never out. This happens a lot evidently. They need new management or team members who can pay attention. Also when they do have meat etc it always looks really old and bad. You guys had the chance to really look good compared to the other disaster location but now you’re worse.

I'll admit,last time I went I was worried with the cleanliness side. Glad we gave them a second chance. It was clean. The team was working together like a well-oiled machine and the food was great. The cashier was wonderful. She was making me tired watching her.

treats employees like crap. i worked there. the boss made jokes about the sexual things being said to me by another employee. got treated like crap by other staff. went to management about being harassed and they did nothing. i requested days off for holidays and they fired me while i was gone. they dont wash their hands as they are supposed to. they dont wash their dishes correctly. the management is completely ass
