I have been to Chipotles across the country and this one by far is the worst. more than once, the lettuce and other fresh items were wilted and I was given an excuse by the server that it was the only thing available. I've always had to ask the manager to correct the problem and so rather than go through the hassle I chose not to eat there anymore. There are other options in the area.
This location sucks compared to the other two locations in Frederick, MD....they don't ever take the mobile orders to the platform and if you ask for the front line to ask/look for your order they yell your name to the back, the large chips bag is always half full and they cost $8 for the large. Mount Airy is the best location in terms of quantity and timely service.

For some reason, my kids really, really love Chipotle. I find it tolerable, I can take it or leave it. It is pretty evident that the employees here are pretty disgruntled and cannot wait to get you out of the place. I think I ruined the first guy's day by saying I wanted 2 burritos as he slammed the burrito bag down on the counter (there was only one burrito in the bag) and an employee came over and stared at him.
