For some reason, my kids really, really love Chipotle. I find it tolerable, I can take it or leave it. It is pretty evident that the employees here are pretty disgruntled and cannot wait to get you out of the place. I think I ruined the first guy's day by saying I wanted 2 burritos as he slammed the burrito bag down on the counter (there was only one burrito in the bag) and an employee came over and stared at him. It was super weird. I asked for corn salsa, and even though there was none left, the girl basically picked up the container and dumped about three pieces of corn into the burtito bowl. Haha! Ask for lettuce on one of the burritos and she just didn't even care as she wrapped it up in a big mess and wrapped it in the foil and walked away. I think they might all be physically fighting with each other later, it seemed like a prison break in the making. Haha! Note to self: avoid this Chipotle forever.

I have been to Chipotles across the country and this one by far is the worst. more than once, the lettuce and other fresh items were wilted and I was given an excuse by the server that it was the only thing available. I've always had to ask the manager to correct the problem and so rather than go through the hassle I chose not to eat there anymore. There are other options in the area.

This location sucks compared to the other two locations in Frederick, MD....they don't ever take the mobile orders to the platform and if you ask for the front line to ask/look for your order they yell your name to the back, the large chips bag is always half full and they cost $8 for the large. Mount Airy is the best location in terms of quantity and timely service.

Apparently they where not open yet when I walked in, door unlocked and no one said anything to me while I stood at the counter...last Chipotle I went to the rice taste like soap, and this one is apparently asking to be robbed and they almost directly by the highway smfh bad practices are what makes things happen.

I love their food once in awhile except when they skimp on my meat portions! when you're spending close to 7 dollars a burrito bowl please give me 1 full scoop of meat!Update Jan 11, 2024Worst experience! Ordered on line for pickup for 11.40 am . Waited over an hour with my autistic son. When we finally got the order, came home, food was cold and tasteless.Portions were small. We called 1800chipotly to complain , we wanted a full refund..the person gave us 1 lower priced item refunded, since we got the food! .Thoroughly unsatisfied

We all stood there staring at the staff while they tried their hardest to ignore us and only help out customers in line. Seeing this, I decided to go through the line and just place my order because it would be quicker than waiting for my already 20 min late online order (there were no online orders in sight). I went through the line and got my food which was proportionally terrible with more rice than anything. So much rice I had to not put on a couple ingredients because there was literally no room. I told the people at the checkout this was my online order and they proceeded to ask my name because they had no clue what was going on. I told them my name, but I wish I didn’t. Never going back to this location, and honestly never going back to chipotle unless I have to. Quality has been going downhill for a while now.

I used to absolutely loved chipotle, but like many things lately, it is gone drastically downhill. This location in particular has some of the worst staff in a food service industry I’ve ever experienced. Went in for a pick up order and they were literally ignoring it, and not making any of the mobile orders. It took me having to go in line to get my order. Made 25 minutes later. Even more frustrating is when I emailed chipotle about the issue. All they did was give me a free fountain drink… Never going to again. Don’t waste your money or time.

First time at restaurant for a fundraiser. Greeted warmly and given helpful instructions and suggestions for chicken bowl and quesadilla I was picking up. Food was excellent.

I'm really big on staff friendliness and customer service. I crave Chipotle often and sometimes I'm nervous to go to this location because some of the staff always has a major attitude, like I'm bothering them because I'm hungry? I usually get a bowl and the attitude putting the scoops in my bowl is strange. Portions are SO small. Most of the time my food looks like soup because they don't bother draining the juices from the foods. I can't explain it. They rush your food and I end up not eating all of it because they don't prepare it the way I like. And godforbid you ask for extra anything. 9 times outta 10 you'll get a eye roll! If you have anxiety and come here, make sure you put your big girl pants on! Lol
