Chipotle Mexican Grill in State College

“Food service will never not be a toxic environment, people are rude and ignorant in life and employees have to deal with it day in and day out. The folks that work here aren't super hero's and they probably don't wanna be there but they show up and make it happen anyway.
The food was great, the service was fine, and they had a good attitude. People are ridiculous if they expect perfect service out of a recently opened joint. Keep up the good work👌“

“I come here often and I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Here’s my experience:
• I don’t usually sit inside and eat, but from what I’ve seen the restaurant isn’t that dirty. It seems like a normal amount mostly from customers who never learned to pick up after themselves. The trash cans are emptied regularly too.
• Very few times have they been out of one of the things I want (and I get a lot of things!). So this issue probably depends heavily on what time you go (I go in the afternoon, never near closing or early morning).
• One thing I’ll say is the soda machines can malfunction. Sometimes they run out of ice, or I press Coke and it comes out white (out of syrup) so I have to choose another.
• One of the employees can come off a little rude, but all the rest are very friendly and helpful. The employees in the back don't seem unprofessional to me. They seem to just be enjoying themselves a little bit while getting the job done. I’ve never heard music be too loud or have explicit rap lyrics.

Overall, this is a pretty good location in my opinion.
Some improvements could push it to 5 stars.

“I love this place! Great service and great atmosphere and I am always greeted with a smile :) Food is always FRESH and my orders are served hot, quick, and accurate—something most other stores in the area lack. This Chipotle is easily a top 3 location in downtown State College!“
