One customer has been coming since the first day and stops in before or after work, and all the employees interacted with have been so kind, and the location is super clean. However, one customer went later at night and there was a longer line since only one person was working the buffet, while two others stood around in the kitchen doing nothing. They were out of almost everything, including cheese.
