Great place and delicious coffee! I visited last weekend, had some pour over and bought some beans! Flashforward to today and I just ordered 5lbs of the Guatamalan!
Your cafe environment was great. Your coffee, smoothies, and food menu was amazing. Coming from Philadelphia area, and seeing other privately owned coffee shops around there, I’d say you guys are on par with the rest of them, and doing a great job! I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in state college!
The best coffee shop in PA! Lauren and Andrew are amazing!

Rothrock Coffee is a consistently top-tier cafe serving delicious drinks and food. Their Lox toast is a standout, with veggie cream cheese, cucumbers, and red onions that really perfect the dish. It pairs well with a Latte, made from high-quality Hood Roasting Company coffee. The cozy shop also offers hot chocolate and steamers for kids, making it a great spot for everyone. The atmosphere is bright and modern, featuring a warm wood aesthetic and plenty of seating options inside and outside. Customers often find the staff friendly and helpful, contributing to the welcoming environment. However, some recent visitors have mentioned that prices have increased, with a small oat latte now costing nearly $6, disappointing those who feel it's too high compared to other local coffee shops. Despite this, many enjoy the friendly service and the inviting vibe of the cafe. The coffee is praised for its smoothness and flavor, and other offerings like the biscuit and jam, peach toast, and cookies have also received positive feedback, making it a must-try spot for coffee lovers.
