Met up with a local foodie group for lunch here. It was my first time in Sakura and I was looking forward to it.The place was clean and well decorated. Menus, napkins, and chopsticks were already on our table of ten. The restaurant is BYOB but offers glassware and openers if needed.Our orders were taken and while we waited and conversed, bowls of steamed and salted edamame were placed for us to enjoy.My order, a tempura shrimp bento box, came with Miso soup which arrived shortly...read full review

Excellent Japanese food in State College. We had an appetizer and a main dish each and it all came reasonably fast and it was amazing. The place is very well put together too, and the staff is nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Adequate quality sashimi and appetizers. Used to be better before pandemic. Dining atmosphere is also adequate. I go there because it is nearby. Servers are professional but not warm.
