Staff is alright. One time I had made an order online and something happened with my bank where I still had paid but the order to this specific store didn’t show up. (I say this specific store because I know I selected this location)
anyways, I showed that my order had been placed to a worker and she seemed slightly rude to me. I get a problem in the middle of a rush especially a morning rush is frustrating but we are all trying to just get in and out.
They are the best! They have wonderful staff and helped us feel welcome our entire visit. Also the food was DELICIOUS
My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage, and got bacon instead. The bacon was undercooked and floppy, not crisp at all. The hash browns were soggy and fell apart when we tried to dip them in ketchup.
The parking lot is poorly designed. If you park in the slanted spaces along the front, the drive-through line will block you from exiting to Atherton St. This added ten minutes to our time at Dunkin' Donuts this morning. It took that long for the line to progress...read full review
