So I went to this location on February 22, 2024 in the morning to get a frozen hot chocolate and a chicken and roasted red pepper sandwich type thing and the cashier Joe. He was very friendly and very nice asked me where I’ve been because I used to live behind the store and I don’t anymore, but The girl that works there her name is Jacey apparently has been feeding the general manager. Some lies about me and saying that I have been talking about him when it wasn’t true I called him today to tell him what was going on and how I was treated by her and he blew up on me, so I would not go to this location due to the fact of how he treats people General managers name is Dennis

As far as the coffee its a hit, i dont ever hear of people complaining of the coffee. The donuts, on the other hand, that's another story. The donuts are total garbage i still will eat them, but they used to be made fresh every morning, and if you never got to have them, you have no idea what you're missing out on. Who remembers the commercial with the old man he got up before the sunrise and every commercial he would say, "Time to make the donuts." Wow, do i miss those days, so if that isn't a problem for you, then Dunkin should treat you right. They dont seem to have the variety they once had, and probably, so they aren't throwing away a bunch at the end of the day, but i miss that as well. Now the donuts come in frozen they thaw them thats why they arent quite as good as they once were but thats the way of the world and as long as consumers we can buying them that will never change. I honestly quit buying most of the fast food i dont snack very much because i dont like spending my hard earned money on GMO fake sugar artifical coloring high fructose corn syrup not fresh food but if more people dont start to live that way the corporations will always survive. I'm not trying to turn this political or anything of the sort. This is just my honest review and opinion. Dunkin is ok, I just know from managing restaurants most of my life to tell you they wont ever stop trying to cutting corners making things a little less quality to save a penny, not till we take a stand and stop paying for the garbage they are selling. They dont want to pay to make quality items they just expect you to pay the prices as if it was quality.

Convenient location to my job, but they are Slow service, short staffed and in need of customer service training again. Over 25 minutes for coffee is ridiculous!

Last time I went to this dunkin, I received a completely different drink then I ordered... my friend and I both ordered frozen drinks and we received iced drinks. They gave me iced coffee with chunks in it which I had not ordered. This time they didn't put any cream or sweetener in my iced coffee, and terrible costumer service. They forgot 2 donuts and 2 other food items then were snarky and annoyed when we asked for them.Also, A LITERAL HAIR WAS WRAPPED AROUND MY STRAW. And I ordered matcha. Not milk. Why did they give me a cup of milk with no matcha. Please s fix this.

Originally I didn't order an iced coffee but I got an iced coffee but when I addressed the problem they swiftly gave me a new hot coffee and a refund! They were very very nice even during a busy time and the coffee tastes great!

The food was great, but service was lacking probably due to staffing shortages. Parking is not so great either and due to the location the drive-thru line is a mess

Super slow, they are always out of blueberry donuts, always forget my cold foam. You're better off going to a different location. Terrible service at the South Atherton Dunkin'
On the weekend, if you come here around 11 AM, you gotta wait like 30 minutes. It is not worth at all to come here to get not-good-quality coffee. Are you coming only for convenience or quick service? You can get much quicker service any other cafes. In short, there is no advantage to come here for drive-through.

Clumsy new cashier. Served customer after me with his order had yet had me wait in line for a cup of coffee. Seasoned staff addressed my concern immediately and filled my order yet minimalized server's decision to have me wait in line by asking her if she was having a good day. Instead of coddling new worker team should have acknowledged my concern. Meh, I'll pass on this establishment.
