“While driving Uber today, I stopped in to go to the bathroom and purchase food. There was no line. I was waiting right away after using the restroom. The bathroom was spotless. My bowl is delicious. They were low on the green peppers and opinions, but the employee scrapped the pan for me. The restaurant was clean. Thank you for my healthy meal.“

“Typical Chipotle experience means good food, somewhat rude staff, running out of food, and didn't know when refills would be ready and didn't bother to inquire. The eating area was not the cleanest. the door glass was dirty, as were the windows on one side of the eating area.“

“I can’t believe this location only has two stars. This was my third or fourth visit and it is always superb. I feel like a lot of local chipotles have had a drop in service, cleanliness and quality, but this one is consistent. The workers are always friendly. I wonder if there has been a change in management since some of these negative reviews because I truly can’t relate. I literally just left and heard a woman (who I assume was the GM) remind staff that it was peak, remind them of aprons and check in on readiness. It was clearly a regular occurrence, but it was textbook Chipotle expectations ( and I would know because I worked for three different locations once upon a time). I know I’ve complimented the manager once before, but have never left them a review and it is overdue. It does not go unnoticed you all!“
“Came here on a Wednesday evening around 6pm during layover. This Chipotle is between terminal A and B and next to other food options in Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Service was quick and food was fresh. I just took my order to my gate, but there are plenty of tables.“

As for the atmosphere thr dinning area is kinda cramped and doesn't really feel like you are eating at a restaurant as much as it kinda feels like you're eating at an outdoor mom and pop type place without the friendly Demeanor and decor. “I have not always had the best experience over the years at this specific chipotle, but tonight was very different. I ordered online my order was incorrect. I called the store and asked if I could have my order made. I spoke to McKenna who was like yeah sure come in and will remake your order, when I got to the store, they were super busy in my opinion and you know just trying to catch up from the rush. They remade my bowl. They were very kind to me and not only did they remake my bowl remake my bowl. They also waited until the fajitas were completely done in order to give me my order. They are very kind to me. They weren’t rude. They were super professional and it really made a difference for me today. I’ve been having an extremely bad week and this was the highlight of my week, so thank you very much for being so kind .“
