“Honestly this is the go to chipotle- I got out of my way to order at this location- I frequent it more than I should.
Order has NEVER been wrong
I have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile - like literally- every employee- every single time
I maybe had to wait ONCE
Employees are people and sometimes they have off days- but kudos to this hiring manager and location- I will continue to avoid all other locations to get my bowl from here.“
“This chipotle location is probably the cleanest location I’ve ever been to. They don’t play. I’m assuming because it’s a high traffic area. Just stay away from the location right after the high school lets out. The kids are OBNOXIOUS and they take over the entire restaurant. Because they are being obnoxious, they irritate the workers making it a not so pleasant experience for you. Other than that, the workers here are great.“
“I usually get pickup here. Never had a problem with the service or food. Non-stingy portion sizes. I have had to awkwardly hover by the mobile order sign as the shelf with pick up items is inside the kitchen (maybe for security?) but the cashier is pretty quick to acknowledge you and staff seems pleasant overall.“
“When I go to chipotle it’s always just in and out. Nothing special. However at this location Julia and Micheal were simply AMAZING, great customer service, enthusiastic energy and made me feel welcomed. Great experience. I’m glad they finally had white rice.“
